The service
Voicemail Detector analyzes audio you send and returns a verdict about whether a call was answered by a person or a machine. Verdicts are probabilistic: you decide what your systems do with them.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to send the audio you send, for complying with the telemarketing, consent and recording laws that apply to your calls, and for keeping your API keys secret.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per evaluated call as described on the pricing page. Usage above your free quota is charged monthly in arrears.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to answer within your deadline. Service levels with credits are part of Enterprise agreements.
